Am I able to cancel / edit my order?

Website orders are printed every morning Monday through Friday. Once your order has been printed, we are unable to make changes. These changes can include, but are not limited to:

  • Adding / Removing a discount code
  • Canceling your order
  • Billing / Shipping address change
  • Size / Color change
Can I contact customer service?

Yes! Our team will be happy to answer your questions. Please note that our customer service team is available Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm CST via email. We will try to answer as quickly as possible, but please allow 24 business hours for our team to respond. Our email address is customerservice@shopstyleyoursenses.com.

When will my return be processed?

Please allow 10 days from when your return arrives at our warehouse for our team to process your return. You will receive an email from us with your credit on the platform you purchased from (Website = gift card, App = account credit).

I have a gift card, but it is not working?

If you are trying to enter your gift card on our App, it most likely is not working because it can only be used on the Website. Gift cards can only be used on the platform where they were purchased (Mobile App or Website). If you have a question about your gift card and where it can be used, please email customer service.

I am local to Dallas, TX. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Please select local pick up at checkout and your order will be ready in 24 hours. Please wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up at our warehouse located at 16050 Midway Road, Addison, TX 75001.

I have a question about sizing / fit. What should I do?

Please view our personalized size chart HERE. We also have model info and product measurements in the description for every item so you can shop with confidence.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

We try our best to bring back items that are most-wanted. To stay in the know, please sign up on the waitlist under the product you would like. You will be notified if that item becomes available to purchase via email.

I have not received my order, how can you help?

Unfortunately SSYS cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost or stolen on its way to you. SSYS is not responsible for these missing packages from USPS or UPS. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse and marked delivered by the carrier, it is up to the customer to file a claim with the carrier.
