*SHOP STYLE YOUR SENSES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT HAPPENS AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING.

At Shop Style Your Senses, we pride ourselves on providing fast shipping on all orders. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped the next business day.  

You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Shop Style Your Senses!  

That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: 

  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. The Shop SYS Return/Exhange form must be included in the packaging.  Email customerservice@shopstyleyoursenses.com to get a copy of the return/exchange form.

  • Customer will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) 

    and will be required to pay for shipping back to Shop SYS.  Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.  You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed. 

  • All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE! 

  • All items purchased with a 20% or higher discount are FINAL SALE!  If a final sale item is shipped back to Shop SYS, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer.  Shop Style Your Senses holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility.  This includes POWER HOURS with a 30% discount or higher, or otherwise stated by SSYS.

  • Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.  

  • Exchanges:  The returned item must meet the return criteria listed above.  Please confirm with Shop SYS Customer Service that the item is available for exchange before you ship your return.  If your exchange is received and the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a return for store credit provided the item meets the return criteria.
